| Objective / Terms of Reference |

To develop Sham Shui Po into a healthy and safe community through the promotion of health and safety culture.
- To formulate strategies and objectives for the healthy and safe community development programmes in the district;
- To set up an effective community partnership network to facilitate promotion of community education with a view to developing Sham Shui Po into a safe and healthy community recognized by WHO;
- To monitor and follow up on the progress of the development programs and evaluate their effectiveness; and
- To report regularly to Sham Shui Po District Council.
